The dyeing machine could run 32 cups of sample with 4 kinds of different temperature processes at
the same time, which is the highest productivity dyeing machine in market.
 
 
★ 小轉筒設計，轉速快，且少杯打樣時無須整機啟動
     Full 32cups capacity rate is low, so 8cups a vat (drum) design can save emergy.
轉筒直徑小   杯位離轉軸較近，離心力較小，杯內液體可快速脈衝流動，
有效對付易色花布種/組合，轉速可達80轉/分

Dyeing cup position is near to the axis, so the centrifugal force is small.
And the solution in the cup would flow pulses well.

★ 轉筒角度可調--適應面料各種變化
     The vat angle can be adjustabled.
可調角度   可模擬各種打色機旋轉方式轉速、正反轉距皆可調整，藉由調整各項參數調整出與現場染機一致的染色效果

The angle, speed, The normal-reverse rotation rate all can be adjusted. Make the dyeing effect is consistent with the workshop by adjusting all parameters.
     
     
★ 整塊鋁合金加工，電熱棒中心加熱，溫度均勻性佳
     Heating by heating rod inside the aluminum barrel.
內加熱式   熱源於中心，由內向外加熱，加熱更均勻、更快；採精密數控車床加工
整塊鋁合金，非翻砂、鋁型材拼接工藝，較一般紅外線外加熱的試樣機溫度更加均勻

Multiple machines could be operated in one central control system and show real time sampling status in one screen. All operation will be recorded in system for checking.
We use industrial computer with separated fan and 19" touch screen on machine for smooth user experience and prevent failure caused by humidity and dust in lab.
